Relationship Bootcamp for Couples and Individuals: October 10-11, Ashton, MD

from $575.00

In this workshop you will learn essential skills from Relational Life Therapy (RLT)—the radically effective approach to relationships created by internationally-recognized therapist and bestselling author, Terry Real.

RLT is known for its ability to spark profound, lasting change in individuals and their relationships, quickly. It's open to individuals and couples of any relationship status or sexual orientation who are dedicated to enhancing their relationships and refining their interpersonal skills.

Through Interactive Presentations and Discussion, Participants Will:

  • Uncover and address ineffective relationship patterns

  • Learn how to quickly identify and stop these patterns in the moment

  • Replace old habits with practical, relationally skillful strategies

Participants will leave the weekend with knowledge and practiced tools that foster positive interactions, connection, and harmony in their relationships.

As one participant said,

“This class will make you a better friend, family member, and lover.”

What to Expect:

  • 10-25 people in a comfortable, classroom-like setting

  • Two days, Friday and Saturday, 9-5:30

  • Opportunities to engage with facilitators and other participants, to practice and process what’s being taught

  • Encouragement to “pass” on anything a participant feels they are not ready for or comfortable with; all levels of participation are welcome, there is no required sharing

Why Invest in This Particular Experience

  • Unlike traditional therapy, this Relationship Bootcamp provides an environment that enables participants to learn in two days what would otherwise take months, saving time and money.

  • This workshop is educational, not therapy, allowing participants to share as much or as little as they choose while still gaining skills and knowledge to address painful relationship dynamics.

  • The opportunity to hear and learn from others.

  • Learning takes place in an environment where the intensity is managed, meaning learning occurs more easily (as demonstrated by neuroscience!).

What You’ll Leave With:

  • Practical skills you can use immediately to create a relationship built on compassion and collaboration for lifelong intimacy

  • How your self-esteem & boundaries intersect to create repeated patterns in your relationships

  • How to ground yourself so you can effectively engage in challenging conversations

  • Understanding of the root causes of the repeating conflicts that cause disharmony in your relationship

  • How to assert your wants & desires in a way that empowers your partner to meet them

  • Strategies to nurture your connection and cherish your partner

  • Confidence that there are ways to get through disharmony to repair, and back to harmony

This Relationship Bootcamp is Suited For:

✓ Couples looking to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and sustain intimacy.

✓ Individuals looking to overcome their barriers to intimacy and cultivate more meaningful relationships.

✓ Mental health professionals looking to deepen their understanding of the RLT model and facilitate their own Relationship Bootcamps.
