In this workshop you will learn essential skills from Relational Life Therapy (RLT)—the radically effective approach to relationships created by internationally-recognized therapist and bestselling author, Terry Real.
RLT is known for its ability to spark profound, lasting change in individuals and their relationships, quickly. It's open to individuals and couples of any relationship status or sexual orientation who are dedicated to enhancing their relationships and refining their interpersonal skills.
Through Interactive Presentations and Discussion, Participants Will:
Uncover and address ineffective relationship patterns
Learn how to quickly identify and stop these patterns in the moment
Replace old habits with practical, relationally skillful strategies
Participants will leave the weekend with knowledge and practiced tools that foster positive interactions, connection, and harmony in their relationships.
As one participant said,
“This class will make you a better friend, family member, and lover.”
What to Expect:
10-25 people in a comfortable, classroom-like setting
Two days, Saturday and Sunday, 9-5:30
Opportunities to engage with facilitators and other participants, to practice and process what’s being taught
Encouragement to “pass” on anything a participant feels they are not ready for or comfortable with; all levels of participation are welcome, there is no required sharing
Why Invest in This Particular Experience?
The opportunity to hear and learn from others.
Learning takes place in an environment where the intensity is managed, meaning learning occurs more easily (as demonstrated by neuroscience!).
